Work Instructions

  • Deionizes Water Filling

    Connect the hose to the water inlet and put the other end into distilled or deionized water

  • Setting Range

    Before adding water to the battery, adjust the limit clamp to an appropriate position and lock it according to the needs of use.

  • Working

    When filling water, insert the battery filling plug into the liquid injection valve port, press the water filling (On) switch, and the water filling gun starts to work.

  • Using Limit clam to control liquid level

    The water is pumped from the water inlet, and the target battery is filled with water through the liquid injection valve port. At
    this time, the working indicator light is GREEN.

  • Working

    When the liquid level reaches the desired level, the water filling gun will automatically stop working, and the working indicator will turn RED. To avoid accidental contact with electrolyte

  • when we water is full indicator light turns red,adding water complete

    the water filling switch will not function at this time (Till the indication is RED). After the filling gun is removed from the battery, the water filling switch function will return to NORMAL

Cautions

1. The battery power (SoC) is about 30% in factory, please charge it in advance before
high-intensity test or use.
2. This equipment is designed for DI/DM water only. Do not use it to pump any other liquids.
3. When not in use for a long time, please remove the battery and keep it safe.
4. When the battery is low, please charge it in time, and do not store it for a long time.
5. The position of the Limiting Clamp can to be adjusted manually according to the needs of use.
6. Please keep the lling gun sensor clean to avoid the dirt bubbles covering the sensor and
causing poor induction.
7. Clean the sensor with a dry soft cloth before each lling
